Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Planning Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the firm's vision and goals. Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and client segments. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, government agencies, and corporate clients. Lead client presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations. Market Intelligence Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies. Monitor industry trends and attend relevant networking events, exhibitions, and conferences. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with design, marketing, and project teams to align business goals with project delivery. Prepare regular reports on pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the design, construction, or real estate sectors. Strong network within the Malaysian property and design industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
