Assistant Restaurant Manager

• SPM with Malaysian citizenship
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
• Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
• Must be able to work in a NON-HALAL restaurant.

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and are served in a timely manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Assist in developing and implementing promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates, discuss performance goals, and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
