- Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.

- Must be able to work in a NON-HALAL restaurant.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and are served in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates, discuss performance goals, and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
