Someone with an attitude to deliver and a passion to delight.Key DutiesAssisting the Manager and reporting to them, he/she is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and profitability of the department. This entails efficiently allocating and utilizing all resources to achieve maximum profits through planning, organization, leadership, and communication to attain the best results for the Division. Additionally, he/she must strive to enhance total guest satisfaction and maintain a high quality of service. The incumbent will also handle assignments delegated by the GSM - Zipangu.Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as assistant manager or at least 1 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Diploma in food and beverage / hospitality management.
  • Good Beverage/ Wine knowledge.
  • Must have a good command in English language of both written and spoken English.
  • Displays initiative.
  • Commitment to professional values.
  • Team leader / builder.
  • Customer / people oriented.
  • Creative and innovative.
  • Due to work pass restriction, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
