- Support day-to-day activities related to partner onboarding.
- Work closely with partners and internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk & Compliance, Product, Operations) to address queries and complete the onboarding process.
- Assist in monitoring weekly merchant onboarding numbers to ensure each partner is making consistent progress.
- Support reporting and data analysis to track enablement performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with partners and the regional fraud team to submit the SPL whitelisting merchant list on a weekly basis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Good business development, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Self driven and independently motivated.
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and ability to form insightful judgments based on situations.
