The suitable candidate will be a qualified, natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team.Job DescriptionYour responsibilitiesAs an Assistant Sales Manager, you will report to the Head of Sales. You will drive the sales growth, managing projects and sales proposal/pitch in West & East Malaysia.Sales and Customer Service
  • You work very closely with the Regional Manager in East Malaysia in penetrating the Sabah Market. & Senior Business Development Manager in West Malaysia
  • You ensure client satisfaction in all stages of the project i.e. acting as a link between the client and the internal departments.
  • You manage key accounts and projects brought in, until closing and return of products
  • You build a strong and profitable relationship with personnel in customer organization.
  • You take quality enquiries
  • You respond to enquiries for sales business received by whatever means and converting these enquires into orders
  • You sell and service the solution/product
  • You conduct regularly scheduled jobsite service visits instructing the workers in the proper and safe utilization of equipment thereby shortening their learning curve
  • You ensure that the customer is satisfied with the equipment and the production he/she is obtaining and insure proper recording and coordination of shipments & returns.
  • You ensure correct usage and maintenance of Doka sales systems and tools
QualificationsSkills and Experiences
  • You have a Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or other equivalent education
  • You have at least 5 years of formwork experience and a strong track record in Sales across Asia Pacific region
Attributes and Motivation
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language
  • You have a well-developed probing and analytical skills
  • You have the ability to work individually and in a team environment
  • You can manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines ad budgets.
  • You are proactive, highly self-motivated, and has high level of integrity
