- Serve as the key liaison between headquarters and branches within the assigned region, conducting regular visits and engaging with store management.
- Ensure all branch operations are aligned with company policies, standards, and performance expectations.
- Set and manage regional sales targets and KPIs, including sales target achievement, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), average selling price (ASP), footfall, and conversion rates.
- Oversee and maintain consistency in marketing efforts and promotional activities across all stores.
- Analyze branch performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management to enhance customer experience, increase market share, and drive overall growth.
- Monitor and support each store in delivering high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends and apply innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
- Prefer District Manager, Area Manager, or Multi-Store Manager experience.
- Background in retail sales, particularly within industries such as fashion, footwear, pharmaceuticals, home & living retail chains, franchised retail, or food & beverage.
- Passionate about the brand and committed to going the extra mile.
- Willing to travel frequently as part of daily responsibilities.
- Adaptable to changes in business operations and retail demands.
- Strong verbal and written business communication.
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
