The Sales Manager role in Johor requires a results-driven professional with expertise in the retail home appliances industry to drive sales growth and develop strategic partnerships. This position offers an opportunity to take on a leadership role and achieve business objectives in a dynamic environment.You will drive and develop sales strategies with management to achieve assigned sales targets with dealers in your assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:

Plan sales & marketing activities to strengthen the company's branding awareness / presence with the assigned dealers
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide accurate sales forecast and maintain healthy stock inventory at all times.
Collaborate with credit control to ensure account receivables are done in a healthy manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
