RoleThe Day-To-Day Activities
1. Solution Design & Architecture
- Design and validate technical solutions for enterprise and wholesale clients across mobile (e.g. 5G, LTE), fixed, cloud, edge, IoT, and security domains.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable, cost-effective solution architectures.
- Ensure solutions align with internal product capabilities and roadmaps.2. Pre-Sales & Bid Support
- Support commercial teams in pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, presentations, and technical workshops.
- Lead the technical response to RFPs, RFIs, and customer proposals, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive submissions.3. Customer Engagement
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to key enterprise and wholesale customers, building long-term relationships.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer needs and define solution strategies.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Delivery) to ensure end-to-end alignment on solution strategy and execution.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and ecosystem partners to integrate best-in-class components into customer solutions.5. Project Handover & Support
- Provide technical handover to delivery and operations teams, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Support post-sales activities where deep solution knowledge is required.6. Technology Leadership & Innovation
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and support to product team and customers
- Contribute to the development of new solution offerings and use cases tailored to industry verticals (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, healthcare).About You
1. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent2. Experience:
- At least 15 years of experience in telecommunications industry
- Proven track record in network planning, optimization and solution design, particularly in 4G and 5G technologies
- Hands on experience with 3GPP specifications, cost modeling, scenario analysis, and network architecture evaluation3. Competencies:1. Technical Expertise
  • Network Technologies: In-depth understanding of mobile (4G/5G), fixed-line, IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, private networks, and network slicing.
  • Cloud & Edge Computing: Familiarity with public/private cloud architectures, edge computing, and virtualization (e.g., NFV, containers).
  • IoT & Industry Solutions: Knowledge of IoT protocols, platforms, and vertical use cases (e.g., smart manufacturing, logistics, utilities).
  • Security: Understanding of enterprise security frameworks (firewalls, encryption, Zero Trust) and compliance requirements.
  • Integration & APIs: Experience with system integration, APIs, and OSS/BSS interoperability.
2. Solution Architecture & Design
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into tailored, scalable technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating solution blueprints, BoMs, and technical documentation.
  • Strong design thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with high level management and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and gain trust through consultative and value-based selling.
  • Experience in leading technical workshops and customer discovery sessions.
4. Business Acumen
  • Understanding of enterprise customer priorities, digital transformation drivers, and industry-specific challenges.
  • Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and commercial models (e.g., SLA, TCO, ROI).
5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Skilled in working across multi-disciplinary teams including sales, product, engineering, and delivery.
  • Experience managing inputs from multiple internal and external stakeholders to co-create complex solutions.
6. Bid Management & Documentation
  • Proficiency in supporting RFP/RFI processes and developing high-quality bid responses.
  • Ability to produce compelling technical content, including solution descriptions, service definitions, and SoWs.
7. Adaptability & Continuous Learning
  • Agility to adapt to evolving technology trends and customer needs.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and acquire new technical certifications or domain knowledge.
