Main Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the APAC Head of Corporate Communications, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to execute communication projects and deliver Kaspersky's communication and public relations objectives. Specifically, as a Corporate Communications Manager, you will produce content on behalf of Kaspersky Lab SEA including preparing content such as media releases, statements and editorial content for various channels. As part of this role, you will be responsible for: Executing media relations and internal communications strategies within the SEA and South Asia, managing day-to-day external and internal activities to support overall company's objectives, policies and procedures; Manage communications crisis and liaise with internal stakeholders and external entities to see its resolution within the SEA and India region; Prepare and disseminate all corporate communications materials in the region (e.g. press releases, media statements, press logs, Q&A, interview briefs, communications messages etc), and provide communications support and advice to region's management team. Advice on public relations questions, opportunities and problems; Act as main contact for spokesperson to media throughout SEA and South Asia on all corporate and travel trade issues; Develop and implement communications plans to support major projects, campaigns and other sales, marketing and customer service initiatives in the region; Build strong relationships with key media to help facilitate future endeavors; Media briefing coordination and support for executives. Develop regional media relations activities to maximise positive publicity; To maintain a healthy level of coverage and exposure for the company for the Southeast Asia and South Asia region; To manage accuracy of news and messaging that is disseminated within the region; Regular and ongoing reporting; Manage payment for PR agency fees and out of pocket expenses for media related matters. Requirements: Graduate degree in marketing, PR, journalism, international studies; 2+ years of proven experience as marketing/PR/Communications specialist in-house/agency; English language on Upper-intermediate level or above; Able to proof read English press releases; Understanding of global media landscape and media relations; Experience in development of marketing strategies and plans; Good understanding of cross-platform communications; Able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances or events.
