Position : Communication ManagerTenure : 8 months contract - renewable basisSalary : up to Rm 13KWorking mode: Hybrid ( 3 days in office 2 days in home)Working location : Kuala LumpurJob responsibilities;· Collaborate with other teams to identify the public voice of the brand· Create style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, advertising and other vital departments· Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises· Draft press releases and speeches following organizational news· Write letters, interdepartmental memos and other business correspondence· Communicate with media outlets and journalists and create press kits· Develop materials to educate staff on communication practices· Coach and assist team members on improving communication skill· Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategiesJob Requirement· Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in communications, journalism, Marketing, PR or related field and 7 or more years of experience in related field· 8-10 years of relevant experience, with progressively increasing responsibility· Excellent stakeholder management, presence and interpersonal skills - ability to engage directly with stakeholders at all levels· Excellent English language written and oral communication skills· Resilient self-starter with a can-do attitude· Specialty: media management, and corporate communications.
