Company Description Malaysia Forest Fund is an agency established under the Ministry of Natural Resources & Environmental Sustainability to drive, facilitate, formulate, oversee, and ensure timely and effective sustainable financing initiatives for forestry sector in Malaysia. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mangerial position at Malaysia Forest Fund located in Putrajaya. The Deputy Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the Human Capital & Administration of the agency. Their duties will involve developing and implementing strategies to achieve the agency's mission and objectives, as well as overseeing the work of other departments within the agency. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in strategic planning and execution Knowledge of government regulations and policies related human resource management and administration Bachelor's degree in administration / human resource or relevant field, Master's degree is an added advantage. At least 10 years of relevant work experience in a leadership role
