The IR Manager will lead all aspects of industrial relations within the human resources department for a prominent FMCG company. This role requires expertise in managing employee relations, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Develop and implement industrial relations strategies in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for resolving employee grievances and disputes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide guidance to management on industrial relations matters and best practices.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend solutions for workplace conflicts or disciplinary issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Lead negotiations with unions or employee representatives, ensuring mutual agreements.
  • Monitor trends in industrial relations and recommend proactive measures to address emerging challenges.
