- Develop and implement industrial relations strategies in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for resolving employee grievances and disputes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Provide guidance to management on industrial relations matters and best practices.
- Conduct investigations and recommend solutions for workplace conflicts or disciplinary issues.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Lead negotiations with unions or employee representatives, ensuring mutual agreements.
- Monitor trends in industrial relations and recommend proactive measures to address emerging challenges.
- A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
