Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for TOWA PMC2023/PMC 1040D Compress Mold, TOWA YPS2060 Transfer Mold, Micromlex X-Ray machine, VisionSemicon Plasma machine, Sonic T-Scan machine, Autoveyor Magazine Cleaner. Responsible for equipment incurred Quality Incident Investigation & CAPA Troubleshoot & repair hard down Hand on in new Installation, Buyoff & Qualification Verify & Buyoff Sustaining team Preventive Maintenance quality Responsible for equipment related document release & update (WI, FMEA, Checklist, HIRADC, EAI, Troubleshooting Guide) Involve in equipment quality & process Audit Initiate & complete Improvement Project to support the organization goal Manage Spare Part Inventory in Warehouse Qualifications Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic. 3+ years of equipment engineering experience in manufacturing industry. Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data. Able to do presentation to a big group of employees. Well verse in DMAIC, 5 Why, Cause & Effect, FTA Analysis tool. Additional Information PREFERRED: Familiarity in computer system & computer network. Able to work independently without supervision. Have a good interpersonal skill.
