Strong Communication and Negotiation skills with clients and suppliers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with Strong Organizational and Multitasking abilities.

TanggungjawabCold Calling & Lead Generation

Conduct daily outbound calls to identify new business opportunities.
Promote company services (IT hardware, software, AV solutions).
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

SOA Management

Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) regularly.
Follow up on outstanding payments

Costing & Order Management

Verify stock availability and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Sales Support

Prepare quotations, sales orders, and proposals.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong customer relationships and professional business ethics.
