- Processing background checks for employees and contractors.
- Exercise judgment and initiative with a high degree of flexibility.
- Facilitate background vendor meetings when required
- Use experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes.
- Work effectively and establish rapport with other Business Unit functions and BI vendor
- Present results of investigations and inquiries using clear and concise methods
- Prepare monthly BI data for review
- Create blanket PO for background check & Armed Escort vendors
- Review & process invoice from vendor (background check & Armed Escort vendors)
- Some understanding of background investigative techniques, methodologies, and legal procedures.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with peers and stakeholders throughout the company in different contexts and at different levels.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects or investigations simultaneously and focusing on critical priorities with little supervision.
- Strong independent and ethical decision-making with a demonstrated commitment to integrity and compliance.
- Proficiency in using related tools and technology.
- Experience working with highly sensitive and confidential information.
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent amount of experience is preferred.
