- To assist in implementation of always-on customer outreach and engagement programs
- To assist in developing target segment / audience for customer engagement communication
- To assist in campaign performance tracking and benchmarking and to provide actionable insights in supporting desired targets and results
- To assist in compiling & analyzing internal and external market research data to identify insights to support business decision
- Pursuing or possesses a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to analyze and summarize data efficiently
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Power Point preferred
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Willing to travel for events as and when needed
- Able to commit to a 3 - 6 month tenure.
