• Performance Management: They evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans
• Training and Development: They identify training needs, design programs, and coordinate skill development initiatives.
• Compensation and Benefits: They oversee employee pay and benefits programs, including salary structures and health plans.
• Policy Development and Compliance: They create and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company goals.
• HR Information Systems: They manage systems to track employee data, attendance, and payroll.
