- Recruitment and Selection: They manage hiring processes, from creating job ads to interviewing and making hiring decisions.
- Employee Onboarding: They ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company by organizing orientation and handling paperwork.
- Employee Relations: They handle employee issues and conflicts, fostering positive relationships through communication and resolution strategies.
- Performance Management: They evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans
- Training and Development: They identify training needs, design programs, and coordinate skill development initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits: They oversee employee pay and benefits programs, including salary structures and health plans.
- Policy Development and Compliance: They create and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company goals.
- HR Information Systems: They manage systems to track employee data, attendance, and payroll.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: They implement strategies to boost morale, recognition, and career growth opportunities.
- HR Strategy and Planning: They contribute to long-term HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Legal Compliance: They ensure adherence to employment laws like EEO, FLSA, and OSHA regulations.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: They track HR data to evaluate effectiveness and guide decision-making.
