Job Responsibility Responsible for welcoming trainees and completing icebreaking sessions Responsible for on-site and online trainings of company products and soft skills for new hires as required Responsible for providing existing employees cross trainings as required Create training plan, training materials and assessments Evaluate trainees, identify weaknesses, and prepare personalized training curriculum, provide training feedback to leader on a regular basis Possesses effective delivery/training techniques and methods Understanding of teaching methodology, processes, learning theories and inter-personal and group dynamics to deliver training program, as well as relevant tools Able to be dispatched to other cities for business trips when training needed Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior/ management Job Requirements Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality or any related disciplines Min 1 year trainer experience in blockchain or financial industry Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PPT to complete reporting and documentation efficiently and effectively Highly motivated, energetic, and reliable Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills Outstanding communication and speaking skills with internal and external teams Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and training target Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage.
