Role Overview: The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs), delivering premium, personalized experiences that drive long-term loyalty and business growth. This role combines strategic relationship management with operational execution, ensuring every interaction meets the highest service standards while identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and increase customer lifetime value. ???? What You'll Be Doing: Act as the primary point of contact for HNW clients and IBs, ensuring all inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Support HNW clients with onboarding, platform navigation, and trading-related inquiries. Collaborate with IBs to provide product information, co-develop marketing campaigns, and resolve escalated issues. Coordinate exclusive perks, gifts, and events for premium clients in partnership with CS and procurement teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, client notes, and sales pipeline updates. Proactively engage with inactive clients to re-establish relationships and reduce churn. Gather and relay qualitative feedback from clients and IBs to Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to inform business decisions. ???? What We're Looking For: Professional communication skills with fluency in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin), or Japanese . Prior experience serving VIP, Wealth, or Premium client segments (finance, airline, hospitality, or related sectors). Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and trading concepts (Forex/CFD brokerage experience is a plus). High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong interpersonal rapport-building skills. Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and relationship-driven mindset. ???? Success Metrics: HNW client satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS). Reactivation rate of inactive HNW clients. Growth in average revenue per user (ARPU) and customer lifetime value (CLV). Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders. ????
