- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Administer payroll inputs and liaise with payroll teams (especially if using SAP).
- Manage employee benefits programs (insurance, leave, claims).
- Support salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and SOPs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with SAP HR modules is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
