
Head of Marketing

- Define and execute regional marketing strategies across multiple brands and countries
- Lead a team spanning performance marketing, social media, content, CRM, design, and partnerships
- Build and manage the annual marketing budget with clear ROI tracking
- Develop and protect brand identity and tone across all touchpoints
- Drive acquisition and retention programs across D2C and marketplace platforms
- Oversee content production (photo, video, copy, social) aligned with product and campaign calendars
- Collaborate with product merchandisers on product development marketing campaigns
- Build relationships with media, influencers, agencies, and strategic partners
- 8–12 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in building consumer brands (sports, fashion, lifestyle, or digital-first is a plus)
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, brand strategy, campaign planning, and analytics
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills across diverse geographies
- Experience working closely with creative teams and external agencies
- Highly collaborative, results-driven, and passionate about growing brands
- Fluent in English, Bahasa and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus.
