Facilitate hands-on labs, simulations, and cyber range-based training activities. Customize training content to align with current industry standards and client requirements. Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback, mentoring, and post-training support. Stay updated on evolving cyber threats, tools, frameworks and integrate them into training materials. Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, assessments, and case studies. Work with internal teams and clients to assess training needs and design tailored programs. Ensure all training programs meet HRDC compliance standards and learning objectives. Support group commercial team on project or customized training request. Job Requirements Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Must be HRDC Certified and Accredited to deliver HRDC-claimable training in Malaysia. Professional certifications such as Ec-Council, CompTIA, ISACA, ISC2, Offset, Certnexus or other equivalent cybersecurity credentials. Proven experience in managing cyber range environments and conducting cybersecurity training. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics. Knowledge of cyber-attack methodologies, incident response, and threat detection. Experience in creating and delivering cybersecurity training content for different skill levels. Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and practices. Ability to lead cybersecurity exercises, drills, and incident response simulations. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to assess and improve cybersecurity defenses. Personal Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. Passionate about teaching and knowledge-sharing, with a strong commitment to learner development and engagement.
