Our primary sales channels are e-commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth platform. In addition to in-house brand development, we also provide external services including TikTok Shop Management, Livestream Planning, and TikTok Account Management. Key Responsibilities Assist in recording daily sales transactions from e-commerce platforms Reconcile payment gateway and e-wallet settlements Process invoices, payment vouchers, petty cash reimbursement Support month end closing activities and journal entries Prepare financial reports, payment summaries, and bank reconciliations Track and update marketplace fees, commissions, and promotional charges Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and digital records Coordinate with customer service or sales team on refund, return, or credit note issues Liaise with external parties such as vendors, auditors, and tax agents under supervision Perform any other ad-hoc finance and admin tasks as assigned Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting. Finance or a related field Understanding of accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SQL, Autocount, UBS) is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to learn and take initiative Good communication and teamwork skills Show more Show less
