Position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Job Responsibilities: Raise Capex and projects document for plant expenditure in capex. Manage the projects to deliver the necessary timelines, specifications, requirements and budgetary expenses. Fully in-charge of plant wide project (CAPEX & Process Improvement) segment. Review and recommend necessary mitigation if needed based on project charter actions required to bring project back on track or within agreed parameters Review and report project progress on a weekly basis, summarize project expenditures for monthly target vs actual. Generate monthly reporting CAPEX, cash-flow and Process Improvement initiatives for actual vs target completion. Generate and review reporting for all mentioned reports with Engineering Manager on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Coach others on projects management. Review with Plant, Reliability & Safety Engineers on prioritization of execution, roadblocks and clearances, JSA, permitting & total project schedules. Plan & execute improvement work with ALL stakeholders including production, QA, planner, R&D, Engineering. Drive process improvement project initiatives at production lines. In-Charge of plant wide facilities repair and upgrade works. Supervise to completion all plant project activities that may encroach after normal working hours, weekend or public holidays. Be on-call and available for troubleshooting, enquiries and status updates after normal working hours, weekend or public holidays. Review and map out potential line automation and software upgrading (eg. PLC, SCADA, etc) Daily and monthly production performance monitoring on executed initiatives working with Continuous Improvement Executive. Key Requirements For Successful Applicant: Degree / Masters in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering At least 3 - 5 years' experience in FMCG (Strong technical know-how in GMP & HACCP) Strong team player, proactive and drive for results Good leadership and interpersonal skills DOSH and OSHAS standards and machinery acts good understanding.
