Job Brief: The Senior Associate, Corporate Administration is responsible for providing high-level administrative and managerial support, ensuring seamless operations within the corporate office, and overseeing the administrative department's functions. This individual will act as a strategic partner to the management team and is anticipated to be the primary successor for leadership, contributing to the organization&aposs long-term stability and operational excellence. Job Responsibilities: Assist the Manager/Director in overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company policies and procedures. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the administrative team, providing guidance, support, and performance management. Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to optimize office operations and support organizational goals. Oversee facility management, vendor relations, and procurement processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance. Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration across departments. Support strategic planning initiatives, including organizational development, business continuity planning, and operational improvements. Prepare and present reports on administrative performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement. Lead and mentor junior administrative staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, ensuring timely and successful execution. Position oneself as the main successor for the campus office leadership, demonstrating readiness to take on higher responsibilities. Job Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. Professional certification in office management or corporate administration is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3 of relevant experience in corporate administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
