Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing a tailored content strategy focused on fintech education, particularly in the areas of CFD and forex trading. The ideal candidate will create and manage a range of bilingual educational materials, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in optimising content for user engagement and global reach. A strong command of both English and Mandarin, along with a passion for financial markets and user experience, is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Develop a tailored fintech content strategy in collaboration with the marketing team, while designing global educational programs focused on CFD and forex trading. Create, curate, and manage a variety of educational assets-including articles, eBooks, videos, user guides, brochures, and more-ensuring content remains up to date with changing tools, regulations, and market trends. Collaborate with designers to produce layout briefs and wireframes for new or optimised pages, followed by UI/UX audits to refine user flow, clarity, and conversion. Define KPIs, analyze user feedback, and integrate market insights to continuously enhance content strategy and engagement. Translate and localise a variety of content for web and marketing use, ensuring accuracy across all required languages and regions. Work closely with Legal/Compliance, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Admin teams to manage a broad range of ad-hoc projects efficiently. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, Education, or any related field. 1-2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, education, or editorial roles. Strong command of both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to produce and localise content for bilingual audiences. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and experience collaborating with design teams or using tools like Figma. Highly organised, adaptable, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
