As a Senior Content Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing content strategies that drive engagement, enhance brand presence, and achieve business objectives for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional agency teams and client stakeholders to deliver compelling, data-driven content experiences across multiple platforms and channels. What You'll Do Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with client business objectives, brand identity, and target audience insights. Lead cross-functional brainstorming and creative sessions to generate engaging content ideas that resonate with diverse audiences. Oversee creation, execution, and governance of all content types for multi-channel campaigns. Guide and mentor content teams and external contributors, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation. Serve as the primary content strategy point of contact for clients, communicating clearly, presenting ideas, and proactively identifying opportunities. What We're Looking For 5-7 years of content strategy experience in an agency setting or large-scale in-house role. Strong client management and presentation skills, able to lead meetings and respond to feedback. Expertise in digital and social marketing, content creation, SEO strategy, analytics and campaign optimisation. Excellent written and verbal communication, with a high attention to detail and a creative, analytical mindset. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, juggle multiple projects, and thrive in a fast- paced, deadline-driven environment.
