Your Opportunity As part of the South-East Asia region's expansion, you will lead key operational topics, to contribute to the performance & efficiency across our resorts, developing new ways of operating, especially with managed resorts. You will also be responsible for leading the stream Operations & product in all new development and renovation projects (from studies, B. Case to implementation). You will be part of the Operations & Product department of Club Med South-East Asia. Responsibilities and Tasks: Oversee and coordinate the execution of major development and renovation projects, ensuring cross-functional collaboration between operations, construction, product, HR, and marketing teams. Coordinate information between construction schedule / update and product information. Lead operation topics, contributing to stay ahead on competition or improving our model, on new projects in ESAP and is responsible for the success and operational execution of the project Support the VP Operations & Product ESAP in monitoring and enhancing the overall operational and financial performance of the region's resorts, focusing on quality consistency and guest satisfaction and efficiency to optimize the ratio quality / cost. Mission 1 : New Developments and Renovations, Project Management Act as the operational lead for new projects and major renovations, particularly in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. Serve as the operations stream leader, ensuring cross-functional coordination across design, construction, HR, finance, product, and marketing teams. Provide detailed input on product and construction standards. Review and validate master plans, layout drawings, and material choices from an operational perspective. Ensure that all design proposals address real operational needs. Define and adjust staffing guides to support recruitment planning (HR) and budget forecasts (Finance). Review business cases, programming (POB), and first-year P&L projections. Review and validate OS&E lists to ensure alignment with operational requirements. Organize and coordinate expert site studies when needed. Identify and escalate critical operational issues requiring sponsor or leadership intervention. Oversee renovation project timelines, scopes, and deliverables, ensuring quality and efficiency. Provide timely communication to Marketing regarding renovation schedules and guest impact. Coordinate and align efforts across all involved departments: Design, Construction, Operations, HR, IT, Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management. Mission 2 : Performance & efficiency Track and analyze key operational and financial performance indicators (GRI, GOP, revenue per GM, guest satisfaction scores, etc.) across all South-East Asia resorts. Provide financial analysis based on P&L and operational insights to support decisions, identify risks, and recommend performance improvement initiatives. Identify performance gaps and lead corrective action plans in collaboration with resort teams and functional departments to gain efficiency Collaborate with resorts and central teams to build and implement action plans aimed at enhancing service quality, operational efficiency, and financial results. Contribute to talent development and operational readiness by supporting training plans and knowledge-sharing across resorts. Ensure alignment with worldwide and ESAP strategic directions, translating them into actionable plans in the region. Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to the VP Operations & Product ESAP for decision-making. Cooperates with ESAP P&S team to the definition of product evolution roadmap (knowledge of his/her zone, benchmark, etc.) Identify impacts on the operating model created by the new managed resorts and propose a new model of working with owners. Requirements: Degree or Master in Hospitality Management/Business Administration or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospitality industry or in an upscale environment Proven experience in project management , including planning, execution, and delivery Strong background in financial assessments and auditing processes Ability to conduct synthetic analysis and provide clear, data-driven recommendations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track and follow up on action plans Strong communication skills , both written and verbal , for internal and external coordination High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting Demonstrated leadership and drive in managing projects and teams Business-oriented mindset with strategic thinking Strong solutions and results orientation Rigorous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Proficiency in French is an added advantage Show more Show less
