Job Responsibilities Design marketing assets such as brochures, social media graphics, promotional materials, and digital content. Work on layout, typography, colour schemes, and other visual elements that reflect the brand's identity. Create design mockups, prototypes, and final deliverables for print and digital use. Collaborate with the Social Media & Content team to produce engaging visuals for social media posts, stories, banners, and website content. Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, website, etc.) and maintain the brand's visual coherence. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and content development, to ensure that all designs align with overall business objectives. Provide creative input and support for partnerships and collaborations that require custom design work. Utilise graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create and modify designs. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table. Ensure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain quality and consistency across all materials. Review and proof designs for errors or inconsistencies before final production. Collaborate with the Marketing team to maintain and evolve the brand's identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Develop branding guidelines and ensure they are adhered to in all marketing materials and communications. Assist in the creation of campaigns that align with the company's brand positioning and values. Job Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Visual Communications, Multimedia, Design & Art, or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience. Strong understanding of branding principles and visual identity design. Experience in both digital and print design. Basic skills in photography and videography. A keen eye for detail, creativity, and innovation in design execution. Highly proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent). Excellent organisational, interpersonal and time management skills, and proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa is preferred.
