Description We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Mandarin SME/VIP Customer Service Executive to join our team. This is a work-from-home position that involves providing exceptional customer service through live chat. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service via live chat to Mandarin-speaking customers. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely manner. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while communicating with customers. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. Skills and Qualifications Has experience as an SME (Subject Matter Expert), or Team Lead, or in managing VIP customers Fluent in Mandarin and English (reading and writing) with excellent typing skills. Strong written communication skills in Mandarin and English, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with customer service best practices and techniques. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
