Payroll Specialist (MY,SG,ID, TH, VN)

• Responsible for the full spectrum of in-house payroll administration, ensuring payroll result accuracy, timeliness and audit risk free
• Part of the regional payroll team that administrates payroll for more than 10 countries, reporting to the Regional Payroll Leader
• Process in-house payroll using a payroll system for all countries in APAC.
• Review payroll advice, perform and validate payroll calculations and reconciliations in compliance with the payroll calendar, company policies and income tax & statutory regulations
• Meet service expectations on payroll accuracy & timeliness and achieve successful audits
• Prepare and submit Payroll Reports, Statutory Reports, and Income Tax Reports
• Create/Maintain payroll documentation (Work process, pay advice, approval documents etc.)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/ HR/ Mathematics/ Accounting
• 1 to 2 years of payroll experience preferred
