The ideal candidate will excel in market mapping and talent mapping, execute proactive passive sourcing, and manage SAP SuccessFactors (or equivalent ATS) to build robust pipelines. You will partner with Hiring Managers to shape workforce plans, drive multi-country sourcing strategies for SEA, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to SEA-focused employer branding efforts.Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for roles across SEA, spanning markets such as Malaysia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and others in the region.
  • Develop and execute multi-country sourcing strategies tailored to each SEA market; perform proactive market mapping and talent mapping to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce plans, define target profiles, and influence hiring decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive market mapping, SEA campus/career fair programs, referrals, and ongoing relationships with passive candidates.
  • Lead market intelligence for SEA talent landscapes, including compensation trends and talent availability; translate insights into actionable recruiting plans.
  • Manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload while preserving attention to detail, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies/vendors; negotiate terms and monitor performance SLAs.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives across SEA (campus events, online campaigns, social media, recruitment marketing).
  • Drive effective ATS utilization (SAP SuccessFactors) for candidate tracking, pipeline management, reporting, data hygiene, and process improvements.
  • Use data and dashboards to influence hiring managers and support decision-making; continuously optimize sourcing and selection processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local SEA regulations and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and hiring stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HRBPs, Talent Operations, Compliance) to deliver a smooth candidate experience.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with hands-on exposure to multi-country or regional hiring in SEA considered a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional SEA languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market mapping, talent mapping, and proactive passive sourcing.
  • Experience with an ATS (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and a track record of managing pipelines, searches, and reporting within an ATS.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume recruitment process while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a hybrid setup, and collaborative with regional and local teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to influence hiring decisions and optimize processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Campus recruitment experience in SEA markets.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Vendor management experience, including contract negotiations and SLA management.
  • Knowledge of SEA labor laws and local hiring practices across multiple SEA markets.
