Account Executive

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven 1 experience as an Account Executive, Accounting Assistant, or similar accounting role is preferred.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports to support decision-making.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors regarding financial inquiries, payments, and billing issues.
• Assist in preparing documents for tax filings, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Support the development of budget reports, monitor expenses, and assist in forecasting financial trends.
• Ensure that proper internal controls are followed to prevent financial discrepancies and participate in audit preparation.
• Utilize accounting software to input and track financial data, prepare reports, and maintain records
