- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring success within established time, quality, and cost parameters, while adhering to robust project management methodologies.
- Assist in the preparation of RFQ/RFP and manage special projects, securing necessary approvals from the Investment Committee, showcasing a blend of technical and functional acumen.
- Provide effective leadership and direction to project team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and introducing best practices in project management and methodology.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met within defined parameters. Handle conflict resolution among stakeholders, vendors, and 3rd parties.
- Act as a gatekeeper for entry and exit criteria, proactively managing deviations, risks, and inter-dependencies. Escalate potential issues with well-defined mitigation plans and recommendations.
- Maintain effective communication between project teams, steering committees, and stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, participate in Project Governance meetings, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Manage project resources efficiently, ensuring high team performance through guidance, motivation, and skill development. Optimize investment, solution, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations. Serve as the main technical contact point for node vendors, fostering positive working relationships and ensuring compliance with organizational regulations.
- Possess a tertiary level qualification in Engineering or Computer Science with minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in project management.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Demonstrate experience in successfully managing the implementation of projects related to IT, BSS, Analytics systems, software applications, and design.
- Exhibit a good understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall.
