Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring success within established time, quality, and cost parameters, while adhering to robust project management methodologies.
Assist in the preparation of RFQ/RFP and manage special projects, securing necessary approvals from the Investment Committee, showcasing a blend of technical and functional acumen.
Provide effective leadership and direction to project team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and introducing best practices in project management and methodology.
Demonstrate proficiency in managing projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met within defined parameters. Handle conflict resolution among stakeholders, vendors, and 3rd parties.
Act as a gatekeeper for entry and exit criteria, proactively managing deviations, risks, and inter-dependencies. Escalate potential issues with well-defined mitigation plans and recommendations.
Maintain effective communication between project teams, steering committees, and stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, participate in Project Governance meetings, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Manage project resources efficiently, ensuring high team performance through guidance, motivation, and skill development. Optimize investment, solution, and resource allocation.
Facilitate vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations. Serve as the main technical contact point for node vendors, fostering positive working relationships and ensuring compliance with organizational regulations.

Qualifications:

Possess a tertiary level qualification in Engineering or Computer Science with minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in project management.
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Demonstrate experience in successfully managing the implementation of projects related to IT, BSS, Analytics systems, software applications, and design.
Exhibit a good understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall.
