- Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member.
- Provide IT Software Project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow.
- Good people management skills, including ability to lead a team and mentor individuals in career growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
