We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can blend big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution. You'll develop and lead our social media strategy, create engaging content, and work closely with our creative team (designers, videographers, and in-house influencers) to build community, trust, and engagement. What You'll Do Develop & Own Strategy: Craft and execute a platform-specific social media plan aligned with our brand, voice, and growth goals Content Creation: Ideate, write, and manage content across Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and more Community Engagement: Be the voice of the brand - respond, react, and cultivate conversations using our primary handles Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics, A/B test content, and refine strategies for maximum impact. Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of Web3/social trends, memes, AI, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant. Who you are 4+ years managing social channels for tech, fintech, or Web3 brands Strong grasp of Web3 culture, memes, and community dynamics Sharp writing skills with a creative, consistent and a human tone Experience in briefing and working with creative teams A bias for action, a sense of ownership/initiative, and a curiosity to learn fast Location: KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Remuneration: RM5,000 - RM6,000 per month Show more Show less
