Job Description 【Logistics Sales Executive】
This role is responsible for directing sales efforts to expand our client's customer base.
This role will be responsible for generating new business and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded across all lines of business.
This individual should be a motivated customer sales representative with experience and an entrepreneurial spirit.
【JD】
・Grow revenue and relationships with existing customer base.
・Generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals.
・Utilize inside sales knowledge.
・Quote formal and spot bids.
・Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all customers- including follow up on concerns or other issues.
・Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential service failures.
・Communicate customer problems to management.
・Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes.
・Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
・Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Salary 4500~5000 (RM)
Location Selangor
Requirements ✓At least 3-5 years of logistics experience.
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✓Superior phone etiquette.
✓Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).
✓Excellent interpersonal skills.
✓Communication skill: Communication, whether it is via email, phone, or face-to-face is crucial in making a sale.
To succeed as a logistics sales executive, applicants must have excellent verbal communication skills to convey
information on the company's solutions to clients and prospects, as well as to provide customer support as needed.
✓Time management and ability to multitask: Applicants for the logistics sales executive role must be able to schedule their daily activities, including customer visits in an optimal manner. It is also important for them to be skilled in handling multiple.
✓Japanese Speaking is an advantage
