- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Business, Computational Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Candidates need to have a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Having prior experience of Marketing/Finance/Economics/Business or equivalent would be an added advantage.

- Proficient in relevant tools for the role (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).
- Having knowledge in Power BI, Python or Tableau is an added bonus.
- Able to travel overseas.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on current industry dynamics, competitors' landscape, customer needs and other relevant factors to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities related to the organization's operations, market trends and competitor landscapes and recommends appropriate actions
- Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with strategic initiatives and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for the company's growth and success.
- Conducting meetings and presentation to share ideas and findings.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business strategies, drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Supports the management focus on the company's revenue targets and business milestones.
