Job Description
  • We are searching for a highly-creative person to manage and monitor marketing activities of our line of businesses (Flights category).
  • In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations.
  • Your central goal is to help grow our business category to achieve their marketing and business objectives.
  • Your duties will include planning, coordination, implementing, and monitoring our business category across 360 marketing mix in close collaboration with other stakeholders such as AirAsia Aviation Group, Commercial Country Leads, Data, Digital Marketing Shared Services, Product, Technology, and Finance.
  • Our ideal candidate is someone with at least 3-5 years experience in both online and offline marketing and adequate level of business acumen.
  • In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with a growth mindset.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee all aspects of the category marketing strategy and plans across paid performance, CRM, SEO, social media marketing, promotional campaigns, social and above-the-line (ATL) marketing.
  • Develop and monitor campaigns to drive promotional awareness and platform consideration to conversion for the category line of businesses.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Coordinate closely with commercial leads, country leads, marketing counterparts, Data team, and other relevant stakeholders for business and campaign success.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Stay updated on competitors activities and grow AirAsia MOVE's market share.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or advertising position.
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the travel industry and marketing.
Added advantages:
  • Familiarity with Google marketing stack including data studio, GTM, ad manager, analytics, DV360 and campaign manager.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JSON.
  • Working experience in Travel, Finance and E-commerce business.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Email marketing and marketing automation.
