Salary Range: RM2,600 - RM3,200 Job Summary: To assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 (and other applicable standards), ensuring proper documentation, record control, and coordination of quality-related activities. Responsibilities: Documentation & Record Control: Maintain and update QMS documentation, including manuals, procedures, forms, and records. Ensure all controlled documents are properly reviewed, approved, and distributed. Assist in managing the Document Control System (manual or digital). Internal Audit Support: Assist in preparing the internal audit schedule and audit checklists. Coordinate with departments to arrange audits and follow-up actions. Maintain internal audit records and track corrective actions until closure. ISO & Certification Support Support preparation for external certification and surveillance audits. Coordinate with auditors and relevant departments during audit activities. Assist in compiling evidence for compliance to ISO 9001 requirements. Training & Awareness Assist in conducting QMS awareness training and induction for new employees. Maintain training records related to quality and ISO 9001 requirements. Corrective & Preventive Actions Log, monitor, and update nonconformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions. Follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely closure. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Assist in collecting and analyzing quality performance data (KPIs). Support preparation of management review meeting materials. Continuous Improvement Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the QMS. Participate in improvement projects and initiatives. General Administrative Support Handle QMS-related correspondence, filing, and database updates. Support the QMS Manager in day-to-day quality operations. Assist the Operations Team in conducting incoming product quality inspections, and support in checking product quality and packing finished goods before delivery. Qualifications & Skills Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 1 or 2 years in quality management, documentation, or ISO systems (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered). Knowledge: Basic understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and quality principles. Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills Good written and verbal communication Detail-oriented and accurate in record-keeping Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Able to work independently and in a team Show more Show less
