- Develop and implement a cohesive strategic marketing plan and oversee the entire integrated marketing communication for the brand.
- Manage the brand's presence across multi-channels, including social media, digital platforms, and traditional marketing channels.
- Execute innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance referral.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Create engaging and high-quality content across different social media channels through content scheduling and strategy development.
- Proficiency in data analytics and social listening tools, have the ability to analyze data to inform strategy, improve engagement, and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns against KPIs.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs and campaigns in achieving the stated objectives, including impact on traffic, lead generation, and customer close won in sales.
- Develop world-class marketing collaterals from physical assets such as advertising materials, promotional content, social media, and own website.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing and sales trends, consumer preferences, and growth opportunities. Generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with key stakeholders, inter-departments, media partners, influences, and external agencies and vendors.
- Provide assistance and support to relevant department as and when required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- nterested or have a sense of curiosity about renewable energy, an individual who is looking forward to the opportunity to work in a dynamic, youthful, harmonious, and fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in both Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, and sales management systems such as Salesforce
- To be efficient at work with high level of attention to detail, able to organize and time manage, meet deadlines, and ad hoc requests
- Experience in managing budgets and resources.
- A self-starter and independent innovator, able to maximize use of resources on hand and think out of the box. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to resolve challenges.
- Fluent in multi languages such as English and Malay. Language skill in Chinese and Cantonese will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years in demonstrable experience in marketing, managing socmed platforms, campaigns, events, collaboration, partnerships, branding for an organization. Must showcase portfolio, case studies of successful marketing, lead-gen growth, and brand-building initiatives.
