- Selling ELSP & ELSB products to Panel Builder Channel in southern region, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Lines
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Preparing sales plans, performing regular status reviews, and proposing recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls
- Preparing costing and quotation/offers to customers. Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions
- Creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions and proposing by using effective sales techniques. Communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
- Collaborating intensively with Segment & Technical Promotion team for project pursuing
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports payment collection
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field (Electrical, Electronic) with at least 5 year(s) relevant working experience
- Should have experience in Direct Sales or Marketing in relevant industry/market
- Should exhibit good knowledge of Industry (Building/Factories/Data center etc) and customers
- Must be self-starter and pro-active. Be able to work independently as well as in team
