Now, we're looking for a Social Media Manager to join us in the next phase of our journey, someone who lives and breathes content, understands what truly connects with audiences, and knows how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content. About the role: This is a contract role for a Social Media Manager, based on-site in Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for hybrid work. You'll be responsible for managing content calendars, driving influencer and UGC collaborations, liaising with clients, and ensuring every post, story, and campaign reflects both strategy and creativity. What you&aposll be doing: Content Calendar Planning - Plan, schedule, and manage monthly content calendars across multiple brands. Content ideation - Develop engaging content ideas that fit brand strategy and resonate with target audiences. Influencer & UGC management - Source, negotiate, brief, and manage influencers and content creators to deliver high-quality UGC that drives results. Client liaison - Act as the main point of contact for certain clients, managing updates, feedback, and approvals. Platform management - Publish content, track performance, and optimise for growth across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. Reporting & insights - Analyse performance metrics, highlight wins, and identify improvement opportunities. Collaboration - Work closely with designers, copywriters, and performance marketers to execute campaigns seamlessly. What we&aposre looking for: 2-4 years experience in social media management (agency experience is a plus). Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook best practices. Hands-on experience managing influencers and UGC creators. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to balance creative ideas with data-driven thinking.
