- Preparation of quantities and pricing for tender submission including calling for quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers;
- Preparation of progressive claims and verifying sub-contractors’ claims including visit to project sites as and when necessary;
- Preparation of progressive report, building materials purchasing and delivering schedules including liaising with purchasing department;
- Possess at least a Advance Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent
