We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with over 10 years of relevant experience and a strong background in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our organization's operational processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and the highest level of service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. Team Leadership: Manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success. ITIL Implementation: Utilize ITIL best practices to establish and maintain effective IT service management processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, both human and technological, to meet operational demands while staying within budgetary constraints. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure they meet contractual obligations and provide high-quality services. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and company policies, particularly in the IT domain. Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve operational performance. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity. Reporting: Generate regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, and key metrics to present to senior management. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for operational activities, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation. Able to make decisions during critical time and work under pressure. Self-discipline: Leading by example Drive Team Morale. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology). ITIL certification is required. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a focus on IT operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in IT and operations management. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Project management experience is a plus.
