- Support integration activities between different departments, projects, or business units.
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for integration progress.
- Monitor key deliverables, timelines, and milestones to support successful implementation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and integration-related databases.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to integration teams and leadership.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and initiatives related to organizational integration and change.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in coordination, project support, or integration-related roles (oil & gas or multinational environment is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
