Roles & Responsibilities Act as a key consultative partner to the Group Change Control Board, business users, and Workday functional leads to plan, schedule, test, and deploy Workday releases effectively. Lead cutover activities for Workday releases, innovation sprints, internal projects, and HR initiatives, ensuring structured planning, testing, execution, and clear reporting from start to finish. Collaborate with the Office of the CHRO, Group Technology, and cross-functional teams to align HR technology initiatives with annual Workday release sprints. Work closely with program and technical teams, as well as implementation partners, to develop comprehensive project cutover schedules covering technical, functional, and organizational change management aspects. Manage cutover tasks, risks, issues, and timelines, addressing questions and escalations while ensuring smooth progress toward successful completion. Ensure adherence to governance and change control processes, maintaining consistency and high-quality documentation for release and cutover activities. Provide detailed reports on cutover status, challenges, risks, and mitigation plans, including metrics to track progress against project milestones. Drive deployment and adoption of new features, ensuring business requirements are met while evaluating system enhancements for feasibility and impact. Stay current with Workday updates, industry trends, and best practices, recommending improvements aligned with organizational needs. Skills & Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workday Functional Lead or similar role. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to proactively address issues and independently lead initiatives to enhance Workday solutions. Deep understanding of Workday functionalities with relevant certifications/accreditations and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR solutions. Proven experience in implementing at least two Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits). Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams, regions, and cultures. Strong commitment to continuous learning and process improvement. Workday certifications in relevant modules preferred but not mandatory. Show more Show less
