Come grow your career with us. Job Responsibility Manage and execute SIT, UAT and Production deployments for Customer Management and Credit Origination applications across countries. Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during SIT and UAT testing phases. Maintain and enhance the testing environment by developing and managing automated monitoring scripts and tools. Support and troubleshoot SIT/UAT deployments leveraging DevOps pipelines and Aldon tools. Collaborate with application development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment processes. Document deployment processes, troubleshooting steps, and environment configurations for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to deployment schedules and minimize downtime during production rollouts. Provide on-call support during critical deployment windows and address post-deployment validation issues. Ensure compliance with security standards, policies and audit requirements during all deployment and environment setup activities. Requirements The ideal candidate will be a dependable and resourceful technology management professional who can comfortably work in a large development organization in a globally distributed, dynamic work environment that fosters diversity, teamwork, and collaboration. He/she should be passionate about Technology and have a mindset to be technically hands-on if needed. Well-versed in the latest trends, especially around disruptive technology, and proven record in execution. The ability to work and thrive in high pressure environment is essential. Bachelor&aposs Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar domain. Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory. Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux system administration, including installation and configuration of WebLogic and JBoss with with SSL encryption. Basic understanding of automation and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, with hands on experience in tools such as Jenkins, Aldon, Ansible, and container management technologies Experience in Release Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of release activities. Prior working experience in banking or financial services environments is highly preferred. Strong work ethic with a proactive, ownership-driven approach. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, demanding and dynamic environments. Willingness to take on new responsibilities and broaden skill sets as needed. Good to have: Experience in Windows Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (including Dynamics CRM environments). Knowledge and understanding of databases, load balancers and networking infrastructure. Strong documentation skills for system configurations, processes and operational procedures.
