During your time at the Firm, you start to establish your personal brand, paving the way to more opportunities.The intern will assist the team by providing administrative and coordination support across the following areas:Document & Letter Management.Format, proofread, and organize letters (e.g., testimonial, verification).Maintain trackers and follow up on pending items.Assist in answering staff/ intern queries via HRSS mailbox and/ or ServiceNow.Assist in compiling data and formatting reports.Procurement & Records Support - Track PR/PO status, check document completeness, and maintain procurement logs.Help Intern Record Stamping, index, label and organize records for HRDF.Audit Coordination - Support audit preparation by collating required documents and trackers.Event Logistics - Coordinate RSVPs, maintain trackers, and prepare decks or Coordinate RSVPs and maintain event tracker.Please attach the following documents along with your CV when you submit an online application:
