- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (manufacturing preferred)
- Familiar with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and documentation processes
- Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines
- Issue Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and timely
- Monitor order status and follow up with vendors on deliveries
- Maintain accurate procurement records in the ERP system
- Assist in supplier performance reviews and price negotiations
- Ensure purchased items comply with specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and finance departments
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS
